n this section you will find all the essential information for the creation and customization of our Hyperspike products. Just remember that all the Hyperspike parts are compatible from one Series to another, exception made for the HP Series. So, for example, you might also create your own HW custom rack using the frame and hardware parts basically adopted by the HF/HS Series (or also HJ).

WE CONSIDER AS KITS & SET SHELVES:

HJ Starter Kits: it’s a basilar kit made only of frame & hardware parts able to create a two level rack. The clearance between the shelves vary between 165 mm and 305 mm for the standardized custom lenghts (for other special measures we invite you to contact us by e-mail). Included in this kit there are: A) n. 3 top caps; B) n. 3 bottom Hyperspikes; C) n. 3 top screws; D) n. 3 bottom screws; E) n. 3 stainless steel pillars and inner spikes (of the desired dimensions); F) n. 3 Hyperspike Series Pads.
HJ Add Kits: it’s an additional kit made only of frame & hardware parts able to create a suppletive level on a rack. The clearance between the shelves vary between 145 mm and 305 mm for the standardized custom lenghts (for other special measures we invite you to contact us by e-mail). Included in this kit there are: A) n. 3 inner screws; B) n. 3 stainless steel pillars and inner Hyperspikes (of the desired dimensions).

NOTE: For the creation of custom lenghts higher than 325 mm it will be necessary to link and screw two stainless steel pillars. That’s because the machineries can’t work entire pillars over that measure. Set of Shelves: each Hyperspike Junior shelf is separated from the frame Kits. These are the various configurations:

for the HJ Series: A) HJ Set Shelves (HJ-2 Set Shelves, HJ-3 Set Shelves, HJ-4 Set Shelves); B) HJ Top Shelf; C) HJ Inner Shelf. Finishes: only in flat black.

Examples:

If you need to create a custom HJ-3 with the following clearance (mm from the bottom) 265/245, then you will need to order: A) HJ-3 Set Shelves; B) HJ-StarterKit 265; C) HJ-AddKit 245.
If you already have a standard HJ-2 and need to add an extra level, then you should order: A) HJ Inner Shelf; B) HJ-AddKit (of the desired measure).
