Surf is designed for a full and dynamic performance in rooms up to 25 m² (270sq ft), with a soundstage that is incredibly stable and filled with realism. When partnered with the adaptive capabilities of the Cabasse Stream AMP, this bookshelf speaker can reproduce low frequencies with an extension and purity that is generally only the privilege of larger column speakers, even placed against walls or in corners.

The Surf driver’s diaphragm was created by Cabasse for the latest versions of the 3-way co-axial TC23 which is fitted on the flagship La Sphere and L’Ocean. This diaphragm is outstanding: extreme thermal and mechanical resistance; remarkable damping capacity and stability of performance over time. In association with the powerful magnet and the clever rear ported design, the DOM 37 is able to reproduce the high-mid bandwidth with a linearity rarely reached by traditional two-way systems.

The Surf's design was specifically designed to have flexible and fast power handling, meaning that whatever the source material, the Surf's will happily engage any medium truthfully and they will accentuate musicality without colouration with quick footed finesse and ease. Surf has also been tailored by the Cabasse HDSE principle (Homogeneous Distribution of the Sonic Energy), so that in the anechoic chamber they excel on axis and in 360°. This performance and design means direct and reflected sounds are homogeneous, and as such in the real world the performance is exceptional - enabling the sound stage to be both wide and stable.

As alluded to above the Surf has been cleverly engineered to get the most out of any system, but is has been specially honed to compliment the brilliant Cabasse Stream AMP. When paired with this exceptional high fidelity and distinctly musical streamer it can be specially adapted within the Stream control app to get the very best out of both products - no matter what the physical application be.
